He launched from three aspects: the economic growth goal of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way, the growth mode of Chinese path to modernization, and the growth power of Chinese path to modernization. He pointed out that there is still a gap between the current development level and the modernization goal. We are still a large developing country, still in the primary stage of socialism. Chinese path to modernization contains five innovations, which are innovation in the way of promotion, innovation in the goal of construction, innovation in the connotation, innovation in the development model, and innovation in the path of realization. At the same time, they are also five constraints to economic growth. The growth impetus of Chinese path to modernization should include the contribution of factors and non-factors, that is, total factor productivity (TFP).
